Trama:

We start with the Tallis family in 1935.The Tallis family is also expecting to visit from brother Leon and his friend. In the middle of all this burble and bustle. some events are witnessed by Briony, Cecilia's 13 year old sister. She decides that Robbie is a "maniac" who is after her sister. This results in disaster when the twins run away after dinner, and everyone races out to search for them in the dark. Briony finds Lola, who has been sexually assaulted, and sees her figure running away into the darkness. Though she does not see his face, she is convinced that he was Robbie, and accuses him to the police. Then Briony discovers her cousin Lola in the field and sees a man fleeing the scene, giving the impression that Lola has been raped. Briony says she has seen the person who did it; This is none other than Robbie. Robbie had the choice of going to war or staying in jail and he decide to go to the war. The novel now jumps several years to 1940. Robbie has been released from prison to join the British Expeditionary Force (BEF) fighting in France against the Nazis. The war has gone horribly though, and so Robbie is trudging cross country to the sea at Dunkirk, where he, his companions Mace and Nettle, and the rest of the British hope to be ferried across to England and safety. Robbie is wounded and increasingly delirious. He is sustained only by letters from Cecilia and his hopes for their future together. He finally collapses into sleep, waiting for the evacuation which is to begin the next day. Briony is riddled with guilt since realizing that it wasn't Robbie who raped Lola. In part to try to atone for what she has done, she refuses to go study at Cambridge. Instead, to her mother's shock, she becomes a training nurse in London, where she cares for some of the first British soldiers wounded in the war. On one of her days off from the hospital, Briony goes to visit her sister and offers to tell their parents and the court that her statement about Robbie was false. She discovers Robbie, who has survived the Dunkirk crossing, staying in her sister's apartment. This last part, since the visit of Briony, belongs to the end that she would have wanted to give to her novel. This woman suffered too much with this lie, so much that decides to turn it into a novel which not ended as she wanted to. Supports it in an interview that they are making, the day of her birthday number 77

Opinion:

In my opinión this is a really dramatic movie, they make the public to be very surprised mostly at the end of the movie because Briony tells that she never talked to Robbie and Cecilia to tell them the truth and the truth was that Robbie never raped Lola and then in the movie the show that briony never met Robbie and Cecilia because Robbie died in the war helping the french people against the Nazis and also Cecilia died waiting for Robbie.

My name is Simon Andres Prieto, I live in Bogota but I was born in Medellin, Antioquia in the 2000, I used to live there but when I was 3 years old we started to live in Bogota. I am 16 years old, my birthday is in the 18th of January, I live with my mom and I see my father every two weeks, in the house of my dad lives my step sister, my stepmom and my dad. My favorite food is the ajiaco a typical soup of the region of Antioquia. I like the soccer and basketball and my favorite soccer team is Barcelona. I entered 2004 to Jose Max Leon school and I have been in the school 12 years and also that year I learnt to ride a bike. I think I am good for sports especially soccer, basketball and also I am good at speaking with other people. in my childhood when I was 13 years old I was in New York in it was 31st of October and me and my family were in a parade of costumes in Halloween when we were going in the way back to the hotel we had to take the train, there were a lot of people in the station and in the moment that the train was arriving someone push me to the tracks and I don't know how I did not fell, my dad and all the people there saw what happened and when we entered my dad started to fight with the person that push me that was a woman that seem that was drugged because she didn't know what was she saying, all the people were filming them. That day was one of the worst days in my life, but in my holiday there, was the best because it is a city with a lot of things and a lot people but I liked when I was there and I hope I come back there. Recently I travelled to Europe, first I went to France but just to Paris in there we saw all the things of Paris and also in that time the Euro Cup a cup of soccer that plays all the teams of Europe, then we took a plane to Italy and the first city we met was Rome, I like it but it was very hot and in the end of the day you are very tired, then we took a train to florence a very beautiful city and one of the best cities that we had travelled by my opinion, there I ate the famous meat fiorentina's steak I love it. Next in the trip we went to Milan that was my favorite city, in there was a lot of fancy shops that were very expensive and the food very delicious and finally we went to Venice a place where there is not cars and all people travel by the sea, the streets are very narrow. I enjoyed this trip was very good for me and my family.
